Why hello! I'm your host, Nicole Michelle Wald.

I built this retreat as a full-bodied yes to what my own soul has been calling for - a chance to forge meaningful relationships with ambitious women, nourish my body and soul, take my business to levels its never been, and call in more abundance than ever before.  

It's a reflection of my own journey—of saying yes to growth, of releasing perfection, of rising alongside women who are doing the same.

So who am I to hold a retreat?

A girl who LOVES to put on a great party, throwing my arms wide in greeting. 

A woman in the thick of it—with two bright-eyed kids and a growing business on my hands. A lifelong learner, bold celebrator, and fierce believer in what’s possible when women come together.

Plus there's my non-stop desire to make the world a better place, a love of forging connections and meaningful relationships, and a deep calling in my soul to help everyone around me step into possibility, follow their heart, and turn dreams into reality.

You could say I'm a woman coming massively into her own, and inviting you along for the ride. 

My career, you ask? It's been eclectic, and goes more or less in this order:

Work-from-home entrepreneur (starting waaaay back in the 90s when it wasn't even a thang). Network marketer.

Classroom teacher. Teacher of teachers. Ed-tech curriculum developer. Director of professional development and summer camps. Chief Empowerment Officer.

Women's at-home spa provider. Festival producer. Grammy-nominated writer.

Communications Director. Confidence catalyst. Content strategy consultant and business coach (over 150 clients strong - scope me at iamnicolemichelle.com). 

The list goes on. I've got some street cred. But more importantly, I've got a vision big enough to hold anyone who walks into the room. And I hope that's going to be you.
